The Recycled Lycra fabric is an elastic fabric weighing 190 gr/m2 that stands out for its softness and chlorine resistance, with very high UV protection 50+ and GRS certification for its recycling process. Its printed design features a houndstooth pattern in cotton white, pepper red, and worm pink tones. This print can be combined with plain colors such as black, navy blue, or gray, for example. The fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing.
Recycled Lycra is a suitable fabric for sportswear such as bikinis, swimsuits, and accessories like scrunchies. In addition, due to its softness and elasticity, it can also be used in swimwear or sportswear in general. Regarding its care, it is recommended not to bleach and wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not allowing dry cleaning or tumble drying, being advisable to iron at a cool temperature to prolong its useful life.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, a process by which the ink turns into gas and penetrates the fabric fibers to achieve a durable and wash-resistant print. With this technique, prints with great definition and color vibrancy are achieved, with the additional advantage that there is no tactile sensation on the printed surface.
