The Gabardine - Prada fabric is a gabardine fabric with a composition of 96% polyester and 4% elastane. Its weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm make it ideal for use in womens and mens fashion, such as shirts, skirts, blouses, and dresses. In addition, it is soft to the touch and has a thin texture.
This fabric has a printed design with a combination of houndstooth shapes in midnight blue, cotton white, and cardinal purple tones. The design is elegant and sophisticated, perfect for summer seasonal fashion. It would combine well with plain fabrics in navy blue, pure white, and black colors.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side by digital textile printing, which means there is no print on the back of the fabric.
In terms of general characteristics, the Gabardine - Prada fabric is easy to handle and has exceptional durability. The printed design is crisp and vibrant, and maintains its quality even after several washes. In addition, the fabric is easy to sew and manipulate for making fashion garments.
Among the applications and uses of the Gabardine - Prada fabric are the making of shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and scarves. Its soft and fine texture makes it comfortable to wear.
To properly care for this fabric, bleaches should be avoided and a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC should be used. Dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene, and it should be ironed at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not allowed.
The technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for vibrant colors and exceptional print quality on synthetic fabrics.
