Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric of the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas made of 100% polyester with a weight of 260gr/m2. It has a rough and rigid texture, and is opaque to the touch and to the eye. The solid printed color found on this fabric is a deep green with a touch of teal, achieved through a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks. This color pairs very well with different shades of brown and beige, and also with pinks and reds.
It should be noted that the fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, which ensures optimal print quality. Furthermore, the fabric is sustainable, as it is made from recycled materials and boasts GRS certification.
Among the general characteristics of the fabric, we find its resistance and durability, making it ideal for applications in both decoration and fashion. In terms of its uses, it can be used for decorating frames, paintings, outdoor spaces, cushions, placemats and table runners, baskets, upholstering sofas, chairs, and armchairs, and for creating accessories such as wallets, backpacks, or hats.
Regarding care instructions, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and iron at a low temperature. It is also possible to dry clean with solvents and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
Finally, it is worth noting that the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which allows the ink to permanently adhere to the fabric due to the high temperature and pressure during the printing process.
