Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas-type fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its plain printed color combines raw and pale silver in a CMYK of 12 16 18 0. This secondary color has a neutral tone and dominates the fabrics color palette, combining very well with other neutral colors such as gray and black.
The base fabric has a rough, rigid, and opaque texture, making it a resistant and durable fabric. The plain printed color provides a soft and delicate touch to the fabrics surface. This canvas is ideal for interior and exterior decoration applications, as well as for fashion and accessories. Some of its applications include upholstering sofas, chairs, and armchairs, making cushions, bags, toiletry bags, and backpacks, as well as creating table runners and placemats.
It is important to note the special care this fabric requires. It is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It also allows dry cleaning with solvents, ironing at a cool temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature.
This fabric is manufactured using sublimation on polyester, a digital textile printing technique that uses ink that turns into vapor and penetrates the fabrics surface through heat and pressure. This allows the ink to permanently adhere to the fabric fiber, creating a durable and fade-resistant print. It is important to note that printing is done on only one side of the fabric, allowing the fabric to retain all the characteristics and attributes of the base fabric on its other side.
