Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, composed entirely of polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2, which gives the fabric a rough and rigid texture to the touch, in addition to being visually opaque. The solid color print on the fabric has been made using sublimation technology, the printed color being a taupe gray with a CMYK of 62 48 63 47. The secondary color of this fabric is a grayish color that combines perfectly with more terracotta tones to create a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The fabric is single-sided printed by digital textile printing, it is important to note that it is not a dyed fabric, but printed by the sublimation technique with a single printed side. In addition, the fabric stands out for its resistance, which makes it an ideal option for applications such as interior decoration (on frames, pictures and cushions, among others), fashion (pants, accessories, wallets and backpacks), home textiles (table runners, placemats, baskets and others) and upholstery (on chairs, armchairs and sofas).
Regarding care, it is important to note that the fabric should not be bleached and that a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC is recommended. The fabric allows dry cleaning with solvents, cold ironing and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
The printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation, a digital printing technique that allows the transfer of ink through paper by means of heat and pressure, thus generating a high-quality print on the fabric. Sublimation has the advantage that the ink integrates deeply into the fibers of the fabric, which results in an image without any texture or marking on the surface of the printed fabric.
