Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a durable and sustainable fabric, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its plain printed color is platinum grey, with a CMYK of 13 9 9 0. This secondary color stands out for its modern and elegant style, which conveys sophistication and balance in any environment. It combines perfectly with a wide variety of colors, such as black, white, beige, pink, green and blue, among others.
It is important to note that the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it optimal quality and a uniform appearance. Its texture is characterized by being rough, rigid and opaque, which makes it a versatile and resistant fabric. In addition, it is sustainable and has GRS certification for recycled products.
Regarding the applications or uses of the fabric, the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is ideal for decorating frames, pictures, cushions and baskets, as well as for making pants, accessories, toiletry bags, purses and wallets. It is also suitable for making aprons and hats, as well as for upholstering sofas, chairs and armchairs. In short, it is a fabric that adapts perfectly to multiple fashion and decoration projects.
It is important to note that to maintain the quality of the fabric, certain care must be followed, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, tumble drying at a reduced temperature, and ironing at a cool temperature. In addition, it can be dry cleaned with solvents.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from one support to another by means of high temperature and pressure. This allows obtaining vibrant and high-quality colors, which are perfectly fixed on the surface of the fabric.
