Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas-type fabric with a 100% recycled polyester composition and a grammage of 260 gr/m2. The printed plain color is a dark purple obtained by combining cyan (76), magenta (96), yellow (22), and black (12) ink, forming a CMYK of 76 96 22 12. This secondary color is characterized by its depth and intensity, which conveys a sense of sophistication and elegance in any type of garment or accessory. Dark purple combines perfectly with colors such as light grey, navy blue, forest green, and beige. The base fabric, printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, is characterized by its rough and rigid texture, as well as its visual opacity. This combination gives the material great robustness, making it an ideal element for the elaboration of various products.
The general characteristics of the base fabric and the printed plain color complement each other perfectly, providing a high-quality and resistant product. The printing technology used allows obtaining an optimal result in terms of definition, brightness, and durability of the printed color, which does not fade over time or with continuous use. On the other hand, the recycled PET canvas gives the material great resistance to wear, pilling, and tearing, which ensures a long duration of the final product.
This fabric can be used in a wide variety of applications, such as decorating frames and paintings, upholstering sofas and chairs, making toiletry bags, purses, and wallets, making trousers and fashion accessories, among others. All these products will benefit from the resistance and quality of the base fabric and the elegance and depth of the dark purple color, which will bring a distinctive touch to each of them.
The care that must be taken into account for this fabric is simple but important, as it ensures the continuity in the quality and durability of the final product. Bleaching is not recommended, it can be washed at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, dry cleaning with solvents is allowed, it should be ironed at a cool temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature. These cares allow maintaining the texture and color of the fabric as if it were new.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), which allows transferring the color to the fabric through heat and pressure. In this way, a high-definition digital print with great sharpness and depth is obtained, which adheres permanently to the fibers of the fabric and resists washing and continuous treatment.
