Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a polyester fabric with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its solid printed color is an Eggplant Purple, represented by a CMYK of 53 99 25 18. This color resembles the intensity and depth of red wine, with a reddish, dark hue that denotes a certain mystery and sophistication. It combines perfectly with soft pastel tones, such as pale pink or light gray, as well as with darker colors, such as forest green or black.
The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which means that the color is applied only to the surface of the fabric, without penetrating the weave. As for its characteristics, the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a resistant and durable fabric, with a rough texture and opaque visual, which gives it a rigid finish to the touch. In addition, it is made with recycled material, which makes it a sustainable and environmentally friendly product.
Among the applications and uses that can be given to this fabric are outdoor decoration (cushions, baskets, frames), furniture upholstery (sofas, chairs, armchairs), accessory making (wallets, backpacks, hats), and the creation of textile elements for the home (table runners, placemats, aprons). Caring for the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is simple, as it only requires washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and ironing at a cool temperature. It also allows dry cleaning with solvents and tumble drying at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring color pigments to the surface of the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for high color precision and print durability compared to other printing methods.
