Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a canvas-type fabric with a composition of 100% POLYESTER and a weight of 260 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and it is a sustainable and GRS certified fabric. Regarding the solid printed color, it is a soft ivory white, which has a CMYK of 4 9 18 0, indicating a low color intensity in the mixture of cyan, magenta, and yellow, and the absence of black color in the printing. The secondary color that can be seen in the printed fabric is a dark beige tone, which combines perfectly with a wide variety of colors, especially with earth tones and pastel tones.
It should be noted that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed only on one side. The characteristics of the base fabric are extremely interesting as they stand out for their rigid and rough texture, as well as their opacity. These characteristics make the fabric ideal for creating fashion garments and accessories such as wallets, backpacks or hats, as well as for creating decorative items such as frames, cushions, sofa and chair upholstery, baskets, table runners, and aprons.
As for the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it or wash it at temperatures above 30° C, dry cleaning with solvents is allowed, ironing at cold temperatures, and it can be tumble dried at reduced temperature. It is important to take these cares into account to extend the useful life of the fabric.
Finally, we can highlight that this fabric is printed using sublimation technology (polyester), which consists of transferring a digitally printed image on special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process guarantees excellent print quality and color fixation on the fabric.
