Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a canvas type composed of 100% polyester. Its weight is 260 gr/m2 and its width reaches 160 cm. As for its plain printed color, it features a striking Corn Yellow whose CMYK content is 4 3 53 0. This color is vibrant and cheerful, ideal for interior and exterior decoration. Combined with other colors such as blue, white, and green, Corn Yellow can create fresh and dynamic environments.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyeing process but a digital print on the fabric surface. The general characteristics of the fabric are its rough and rigid texture, as well as its visual opacity.
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is versatile and widely used in different applications and uses, including interior decoration, with the making of cushions, pillows, curtains, and upholstery for armchairs, chairs, and sofas. It is also ideal for making fashion accessories such as bags and purses, as well as for creating aprons and table runners. Its season is timeless and it has GRS certification, which guarantees its recycled origin and sustainability.
As for its care, it is necessary to avoid bleaching and not wash at temperatures above 30ºC. However, the fabric allows dry cleaning with solvents and tumble drying at reduced temperature. As for ironing, it is suggested to do it at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which the ink transforms into vapor and penetrates the fabric surface, creating a durable and high-quality print. This technology is widely used in textile manufacturing and allows for a wide range of designs and colors.
