Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a resistant and durable fabric, with a grammage of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its solid printed color is a bright Corn Yellow, obtained by combining Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow inks. This secondary color is symbolic of sun energy, joy, and vitality, and combines perfectly with other colors such as dark blue or mint green.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The fabric texture is rough and stiff to the touch, with an opaque finish that makes it ideal for different applications.
Among the general characteristics of the fabric, its high resistance to use and washing stands out, as well as its sustainability since it is made of 100% recycled polyester and GRS certified. Regarding its uses and applications, according to its attributes, it can be used for interior and exterior decoration, such as upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs, as well as in the making of fashion accessories, such as wallets, backpacks, and hats.
To maintain the quality of the fabric for as long as possible, it is important to follow a series of care instructions, such as avoiding bleaching the fabric, washing it in cold water at a maximum temperature of 30°C, and ironing it at low temperature. It can also be dry cleaned with solvents and tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Finally, the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is manufactured using sublimation technology, which allows sharp designs with bright colors to be printed on the fabric. This technique consists of transferring designs using heat and pressure to the fabric, which guarantees high quality and durability of the prints.
