Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas type fabric with a 100% polyester composition and a weight of 260 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and it does not allow bleaching. This fabric is printed in a plain color with CMYK ink 62 40 5 0, resulting in a light blue-violet. In addition, this combination of secondary colors, together with the addition of white, produces a palette of complementary colors that give the material visual and aesthetic appeal.
This fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing. Thanks to this technology, multiple patterns and designs can be created on the base fabric in a single pass, achieving high quality and definition results.
The characteristics of the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas are its rough and rigid texture, as well as its opaque visual appearance. This makes it ideal for use in applications such as decorating frames, paintings, cushions and upholstery of furniture such as sofas, chairs and armchairs. It is also suitable for fashion making, both for men and women, for accessories and bags.
Regarding the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, bleaching is not allowed and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned with solvents, ironed at low temperature and tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation on polyester. This process consists of applying ink on a transfer paper support and then transferring this ink to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. This allows greater precision in the diffusion of colors on the fabric, resulting in a sharp and high-quality design.
