Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric used in this case is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a canvas with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 260 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and the recommended care instructions are: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry clean with solvents, iron at a cool temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature. This fabric is suitable for a wide range of applications, including decoration, fashion, and home textile items. The fabric season is timeless and it has GRS certification. One of its main characteristics is its rough and rigid texture, which gives the fabric a distinctive look and feel.
The plain color printed on this canvas is a dark army green, as indicated by the CMYK of 70 48 93 51. It is a deep and saturated color that evokes nature and tranquility. In addition, it combines particularly well with earthy tones, such as brown and beige, as well as with lighter tones, such as ocher and mustard yellow. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it offers a high level of definition and detail in the printed designs.
Taking into account the attributes of the base fabric, we find a wide variety of applications and uses, according to which it can be used as a decorative material, for making frames, paintings, and even for outdoor use such as cushions. It is also suitable for the fashion sector, for both women and men, including accessories such as wallets, backpacks, hats, and tote bags. In the home textile sector, it is perfect for making table runners, cushions, baskets, and placemats.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this canvas, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not to use bleaching products. It can also be dry cleaned with solvents and ironed at a cool temperature. It is not advisable to use a dryer at high temperatures, to avoid possible damage to the fabric.
Finally, for the manufacture of this canvas, sublimation printing technology is used, by which the designs are applied directly to the fabric. This technique allows for high resolution in the designs and excellent adhesion of the color to the textile fiber.
