Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a sophisticated and resistant fabric, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is a dark forest green, which is achieved by combining four inks: cyan (69), magenta (42), yellow (70), and black (37), with a CMYK of 69 42 70 37. This secondary color stands out for being an enveloping and elegant tone that symbolizes nature and life. It is ideal for combining with neutral tones such as beige, grey, or black, and also with warm colors such as red, orange, or yellow.
The fabric is printed with this solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which results in high quality and sharpness. We should also highlight that the canvas is a rigid and opaque fabric with a rough texture that provides a feeling of firmness and security.
The general characteristics of the fabric, both the base fabric and the solid printed color, are exceptional. The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a highly resistant fabric to wear and abrasion, making it a suitable option for applications in outdoor environments. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the printed color has great stability and light resistance, which guarantees its durability over time.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, we can highlight its use in decoration, both for frames and for paintings, cushions, and baskets, as well as in fashion, for making trousers, accessories, and bags. It can also be used in the manufacture of toiletry bags, purses, table runners, or aprons, and its resistance makes it ideal for upholstering sofas, chairs, and armchairs.
As for the care that should be taken for this type of fabric, it is important to mention that it should not be bleached and that it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Likewise, it is recommended not to iron at high temperatures and to tumble dry at low temperatures to avoid deformations.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process that consists of printing with special inks on paper and then transferring the printed image to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process guarantees high resolution and strong fixation of the printed color.
