Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas – Dallas in Sandstone Brown is characterized by its 100% polyester composition with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 160 cm. The plain printed color is obtained through a combination of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks with a CMYK of 43 37 47 20. This color is an earthy tone that symbolizes nature and balance, and it perfectly complements lighter colors like beige and gold, as well as darker colors like black and gray. It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing technology.
Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric has a rough, rigid, and visually opaque texture, making it ideal for applications and uses in decoration, fashion, and other home textile products. Among the applications and uses, highlights include decoration on frames and paintings, outdoor cushions, garment manufacturing for trousers, and various accessories. It is also an excellent option for making bags and purses, table runners and/or placemats, kitchen aprons, and upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs.
To maintain the fabric in optimal condition, it is necessary to follow specific care instructions such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and ironing at a low temperature. Additionally, dry cleaning with solvents is possible, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which, in simple terms, consists of a process by which ink turns into vapor through the application of heat and pressure, penetrating the fabrics fiber and fusing with it. This way, high print quality is achieved, with vibrant colors and excellent durability.
