Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a polyester fabric with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its plain printed color is coral blue with a CMYK composition of 27 4 2 0. The color has a fresh and vibrant tone that combines perfectly with earthy, beige, and white tones. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for high precision in details and a very sharp finish.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we can say that its texture is rough, rigid, and opaque, which makes it ideal for both decorative and apparel applications. In addition, its GRS certification and sustainability as a recycled material make it a conscious and responsible option. Regarding applications and uses, this fabric is suitable for decoration in frames, paintings, cushions, baskets, placemats, and upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs. It can also be used for fashion accessories such as wallets, backpacks, or hats, as well as for pants or tote bags.
As for care, it is important not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allow dry cleaning with solvents, iron at a cool temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature. With these cares, greater durability and preservation of the fabric are guaranteed.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which allows for the transfer of dye to the fabric through heat and pressure, achieving a high-quality print that is resistant to water and wear.
