Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a medium-weight canvas type, composed of 100% polyester with a grammage of 260 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm, and it is GRS certified as sustainable and recycled, making it ideal for decoration and fashion projects. The solid printed color is a vibrant Sapphire Blue, with a high presence of Cyan and Magenta inks, and a lower amount of Yellow and Black inks, which gives the color a deep and brilliant tone. This secondary color combines especially well with dark tones such as grey, black or brown, but also with bright tones such as white, gold or silver.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, using polyester sublimation technology. This printing technology allows for high image quality, a wide color range, and superior durability, as the ink fuses directly into the fabric, providing an image resistant to wear and fading.
The base fabric has a rough and rigid texture to the touch, and is opaque in its visual appearance. In addition, it has a variety of applications and uses, including decoration projects such as frames, paintings, cushions, baskets, placemats, upholstery for sofas, chairs and armchairs, as well as fashion accessories such as wallets, backpacks, hats and tote bags. On the other hand, the fabric should be hand or machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and bleaching is not recommended. Also, it allows dry cleaning with solvents, can be ironed at a cool temperature, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
