Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a resistant fabric of 260 gr/m2, composed of 100% polyester and with a width of 160 cm. Its plain color, printed in a dark blue tone, is obtained with cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks. The CMYK of the color is 100 89 32 16. The midnight blue tone impressed on the fabric is elegant and sophisticated, offering a very versatile secondary color that combines perfectly with light tones such as white or grey, and even with more daring tones such as yellow or green.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, allowing high precision in printing and color combination. The characteristics of the base fabric are its rough and rigid texture, and its visual opacity. In addition, the fabric is sustainable and environmentally friendly as it is 100% recycled and GRS certified.
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas has a wide variety of applications and uses according to its attributes. It can be used in interior decoration such as paintings, cushions and baskets, as well as in the making of accessories and clothing such as backpacks, hats and trousers. Thanks to its resistance, it can also be used to upholster chairs, armchairs and sofas.
It is important to highlight some care considerations for the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas. The fabric should not be bleached and it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoiding the use of tumble dryers at high temperatures. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature.
For the manufacture of the fabric, sublimation printing technology on polyester is used, which allows the creation of high quality, precise and resistant prints to wear and washing. Sublimation is a technique that consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure, causing the ink to turn into gas and integrate directly into the fabric fiber, allowing a lasting fixation of the color in the fabric.
