Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas-type fabric made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its plain Gainsboro Grey color has a CMYK of 16 11 11 0, representing a sophisticated and elegant shade. This color combines perfectly with neutral tones such as white, black, or brown, and also with pastel tones such as pink, light blue, or yellow.
The texture of the fabric is characterized by being rough and stiff to the touch, with an opaque visual finish that gives it a robust and durable appearance. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means its reverse is white.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it is a resistant and sustainable fabric, GRS certified and made from recycled materials. In addition, it has a wide variety of applications and uses, among which interior and exterior decoration, the manufacture of fashion garments and accessories, as well as the creation of home textile items stand out.
Among the mentioned applications, for interior decoration, baskets, frames, cushions, placemats, aprons, upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs can be used. In fashion, this fabric is perfect for making pants, handbags, backpacks, and hats, among other accessories.
The care instructions for this fabric are to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not bleach, iron at a cool temperature, do not tumble dry at high temperatures, and, if necessary, it can be dry cleaned with solvents.
Finally, it is worth noting that the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink to the fabric using heat and pressure. This ensures high print quality, durability, and wear resistance.
