The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2 with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, which has a width of 150cm and is suitable for multiple uses such as sportswear, lingerie, mens and womens fashion, knitwear, bikinis and swimsuits. In addition, its season is timeless, which means it can be used all year round. The solid printed color is a Night Blue with a ink blend of Cyan 93, Magenta 85, Yellow 30 and Black 22 in its CMYK. This color combines very well with white, grey and black colors to achieve an elegant and sober style.
The digital textile printing is done on one side, which means that the solid color is printed only on one side and is not a dyed fabric. The fabric has an elastic but soft texture to the touch, which makes it comfortable to wear. The finish is chlorine resistant and has a very high UV protection of 50+, which makes it ideal for use in sportswear and swimwear.
The fabric is versatile and adaptable, making it perfect for different uses. In sports, its elasticity and UV protection make it ideal for making sports garments, both for men and women. In lingerie, its softness and structure make it perfect for bras and bralettes. In fashion, it can be used for making tops and knitwear. In swimwear, for making bikinis and swimsuits.
The care of this fabric is simple but it should be noted that it should not be bleached. Its washing should not exceed 40ºC and dry cleaning is recommended except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be at a cool temperature and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used is sublimation. This process involves transferring the design printed on special paper to the fabric through heat and pressure. The printed design is absorbed by the fabric, which guarantees the durability and quality of the color. Sublimation is a fast, efficient and environmentally friendly printing technique, which makes it ideal for the production of custom fabrics and in small quantities.
