Description

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Cairo, weighing 220 gr/m2, and its plain printed color is Linen White with a CMYK of 5 12 11 0. This color is a soft and elegant shade characterized by a pale yellow hue that gives it luminosity and freshness. It combines very well with neutral tones such as beige, pastel pink, and gray, as well as strong tones like red, blue, and dark green.

It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the plain color is printed on the front side of the fabric, and no dye was applied during the manufacturing process.

The base fabric is soft, elastic, and chlorine-resistant, making it ideal for sportswear, lingerie, bikinis, and swimsuits. In addition, it has very high UV protection of 50+. The plain printed color adds a touch of personality to the design and stands out for its durability and quality.

Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, we can highlight its use in knitwear, tops, scrunchies, as well as in lingerie and bras/bralettes. It is also suitable for swimsuits and bikinis, both in fashion and sports.

It is important to consider the care instructions for the base fabric, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying. Additionally, dry cleaning is allowed, except for the use of trichloroethylene.

Finally, we must consider the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric. Sublimation is a process where the design is digitally printed onto transfer paper, which is then placed on top of the pre-treated fabric. Using a hot press, the design is transferred to the fabric, fusing the dye with the fabric fibers to obtain a durable and resistant print.
