Description

The base fabric of this textile is Polyester Lycra - Cairo, 220 gr/m2, in a solid periwinkle purple color, printed using sublimation technology. The printed color is composed of a mixture of 15% Cyan ink, 34% Magenta ink, 3% Yellow ink, and 0% Black ink, providing a soft shade with a touch of depth and delicacy.

The secondary periwinkle purple color is a blend of purple and beige, resulting in an elegant and sophisticated hue. This color can combine perfectly with dark tones such as black and gray, but can also be complemented with light and neutral shades like white and beige, creating a warm and serene atmosphere.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the ink is transferred directly onto the surface of the base fabric. This technique provides high-definition printing and greater durability in the final result.

Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we can highlight its elastic and soft texture, combined with a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+, making it ideal for use in sportswear, lingerie, fashion, and swimwear.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, we can find sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits and bras, tops, bikinis, and swimsuits. Additionally, thanks to its elasticity and soft touch, it can be used in the production of knitted garments and scrunchies.

It is important to note that the fabric should be washed at a maximum of 40°C, cannot be bleached or tumble dried, and dry cleaning is recommended, except when using trichloroethylene.

Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation. This technique involves the transfer of ink through heat and pressure, allowing the ink to turn into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers, thus achieving very high print quality and great durability.
