The base fabric, Polyester Lycra - Cairo, 220 gr/m2, has a solid color printed in Dark Red (CMYK: 27 85 92 28). This dark color provides a deep and ambiguous value that combines well with light tones such as white and dark tones such as black, dark green, and blue. The fabric is printed with the solid dark red color on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it a modern and vibrant appearance.
The Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2 base fabric is elastic, soft to the touch, and has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. These characteristics make this fabric ideal for sportswear such as swimsuits, bikinis, and fitness wear, as well as being perfect for lingerie and fashion due to its texture and softness.
The care instructions for this fabric are to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not use bleach, do not tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. The fabric also allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technique consists of printing the previously designed image on sublimation paper using special inks and then transferring this image to the fabric with heat and pressure. The final result is a vibrant and highly resistant color.
