The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, in a solid Orange/Light Orange color obtained by combining Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks, with a CMYK of 11 32 93 2. The secondary Light Orange color stands out for its softness and luminosity, conveying a sense of energy and vitality. It perfectly combines with neutral tones like white and gray, as well as with cool colors like blue and turquoise.
This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures a high-quality finish and sharp definition of the designs. It is important to note that this is not a dyed fabric but a print that is applied only to one side of the fabric.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include its elasticity and soft touch, making it perfect for form-fitting and highly comfortable garments. In addition, it features a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+, making it ideal for sportswear and swimwear.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are sportswear, for both women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits and bralettes, knitwear and fashion tops, as well as accessories like scrunchies. It is also perfect for bikinis and swimsuits thanks to its chlorine resistance and UV protection.
This fabric requires specific care for its preservation, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40°C, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying. Additionally, it allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, a process in which ink turns into gas and adheres to the polyester fiber of the fabric through heat and pressure. This process ensures high print quality, great durability, and a wide variety of possible colors and designs.
