Description

The base fabric of this textile is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo weighing 220 gr/m2, a plain colored fabric printed with a desert sand-pink tone. The CMYK combination of the color is 16 cyan, 61 magenta, 39 yellow, and 4 black. This color is blended with neutral tones like beige and brown to create an earthy aesthetic.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not dyed but printed on one side only. This technique allows for greater precision in design reproduction and enables all types of images to be stamped onto the fabric.

Polyester Lycra - Cairo has characteristics that make it ideal for sportswear and lingerie, such as its elasticity and soft feel. Additionally, its chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+ make it perfect for swimwear. It is also a good option for garments like tops and bodysuits.

It is important to consider the care instructions for the fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and ironing it at a cool temperature. The fabric allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene and cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves printing an image on special paper with sublimable inks and then transferring the image to the fabric using heat and pressure. The ink turns into gas and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, creating a durable and fade-resistant print.
