The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo, weighing 220 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm and a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. The solid color printed on this fabric is a vibrant Sun Yellow, with a CMYK of 3 1 29 0. The yellow ink used gives it a warm and energetic touch. It combines especially well with green, blue, and purple colors.
This fabric has been printed with the solid color on one side, using digital textile printing. This means that the color is printed on only one side of the fabric, creating a crisp and lively effect. The polyester Lycra is an elastic, soft, and chlorine-resistant fabric, and has very high UV protection 50+. In addition, it is suitable for sports applications, lingerie, fashion, swimwear, and more.
To maintain the characteristics and properties of the fabric in optimal conditions, some care considerations must be taken into account. It is advisable not to bleach the fabric, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron it at a cool temperature. It allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technique is carried out by transferring ink through special paper that is placed in contact with the fabric. The ink transforms into gas through heat and pressure, penetrating the fiber of the fabric. Sublimation guarantees high resolution and durability of colors, making it ideal for applications in fashion, sports, and other sectors.
