Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo, weighing 220 gr/m2, composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, with a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a vibrant dark moccasin green with a CMYK of 50 39 100 29. This color is characterized by a perfect combination of the freshness of natural green and the smoky depth of taupe. It is a very versatile color that pairs well with other shades of greens, oranges, grays, and golds.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side with a high-quality and precise color reproduction result.

The base fabric is characterized by its elastic texture and soft touch, in addition to being chlorine-resistant and offering very high UV protection 50+. It is suitable for various applications and uses, such as womens, mens, or childrens sportswear, underwear and lingerie, knitwear, or swimwear, such as bikinis or swimsuits.

It is important to note the special care this fabric requires, such as no bleaching, no tumble drying, and ironing at a cool temperature. This fabric allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene and a maximum washing temperature of 40ºC.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is Sublimation (Polyester), a printing process where the design is printed on transfer paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat, ensuring high print quality, durability, and wash resistance.
