The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo weighing 220 gr/m2 and measuring 150 cm wide, composed of 90% POLYESTER and 10% ELASTANE. The CMYK of the plain printed color is 31 18 56 3, which produces an Olive Green tone. This color conveys a feeling of freshness, naturalness, and balance. Olive Green combines perfectly with earth tones, such as brown and beige, and with pink and violet tones.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for high quality and variety of designs. It is important to note that this is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side, which allows for control over the stamping process and ensures high precision.
The base fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which allows it to adapt perfectly to the body. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. This combination of features makes it ideal for sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and other uses such as scrunchies.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, from sportswear such as tops, bodysuits, swimsuits, and bikinis, to underwear such as bras and bralettes. It can also be used for womens, mens, or childrens fashion garments, and accessories such as scrunchies.
Regarding care, it is important to follow the instructions detailed on the fabric label. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and not to use bleach. It allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at cold temperature, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process consists of printing the ink on special paper and transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for high resolution, a wide range of colors, and great durability in the printed design.
