Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2 with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, which has a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is Sandstone Brown, which is obtained with an ink of Cyan: 43, Magenta: 37, Yellow: 47, Black: 20. This color is warm and earthy, with a slight yellowish hue that gives it a sandy appearance. This color is an excellent complement to olive green and taupe, and also combines well with dusty pink and neutral tones such as beige or cream.

The base fabric has an elastic and soft texture, which makes it very comfortable and adaptable to the body. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UPF 50+ sun protection, which makes it ideal for sportswear, lingerie, fashion, and swimwear. As for the plain printed color, its intensity and durability are excellent thanks to single-sided digital textile printing, which ensures that the color is printed only on one side of the fabric without penetrating through it.

Among the applications of this fabric are, among others, the manufacture of sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits and bras, tops, and bikinis. As for the fabric season, it is a timeless fabric that can be used at any time of the year.

Regarding the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, avoid the use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning the fabric, iron at a low temperature, and do not tumble dry.

The printing technology used in this fabric is polyester sublimation, which is done by heat transfer that permanently fixes the ink in the fabric, resulting in a vivid, detailed, and durable image.
