Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Cairo, 220 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Turtle Green, with a CMYK of 87 29 67 16. The secondary color is a dark sea green hue, symbolizing the stability and richness of the deep oceans. This color perfectly combines with earthy tones like beige and light browns, and lighter green tones like aqua green. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.

The base fabric has an elastic and soft texture, and a chlorine-resistant finish with very high UV protection 50+. It is ideal for sportswear, underwear, swimsuits, and bikinis, among others. In addition, its composition of 90% POLYESTER and 10% ELASTANE makes it a comfortable and durable fabric.

Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, ironed at a cool temperature, and should not be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation with polyester, which involves transferring ink through heat and pressure to create a high-quality and durable image. This process allows the ink to be impregnated into the fibers of the fabric, guaranteeing a durable print without color loss.
