The base fabric is a 220 gr/m2 Cairo Polyester Lycra, composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, 150 cm wide. The plain printed color is a denim blue with a CMYK of 45 9 5 0, printed on one side by digital textile printing.
Denim blue is a shade that evokes tranquility, relaxation, and self-confidence. It is a color associated with intelligence, wisdom, and creativity. It is mainly composed of cyan and magenta, with a touch of yellow that gives it a greenish hue. This color combines especially well with earth tones, pastel colors, and gray tones.
The 220 gr/m2 Cairo Polyester Lycra has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it ideal for sportswear, lingerie, and swimwear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+. The plain printed color gives the fabric a unique personality and style.
Common applications for this type of fabric include sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits and bralettes, tops, bikinis, and swimsuits. Its elasticity and softness also make it ideal for knitwear and accessories such as scrunchies.
To keep the fabric in perfect condition, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and not to use bleach. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, but not with trichloroethylene. It must be ironed at a cold temperature and should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing process is carried out through a heat transfer technique of special inks that penetrate the polyester fibers of the fabric, allowing the creation of high-quality designs, durability, and resistance to water and sun.
