The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo weighing 220 gr/m2, composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, with a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a sandy-gray tone with a CMYK composition of 42 39 49 24. This color is characterized by being elegant and sophisticated, with a touch of rusticity that gives it that sandy tone. Combined with neutral and dark tones, such as white or black, a perfect contrast is achieved that further enhances its warm hue.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which provides excellent definition and vivid colors. The texture is elastic and soft to the touch, making it a very comfortable fabric to wear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+, which makes it ideal for use at the beach or pool.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, highlights include sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits and bras, tops, scrunchies, and knitwear in womens and mens fashion. It is also optimal for making bikinis and swimsuits. Thanks to its technical characteristics, the base fabric is a highly valued resource in the world of fashion and textiles.
Regarding the care instructions, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not use bleach, do not tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. In addition, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the fabrics printing technology is based on polyester sublimation, which allows colors to be permanently fixed on the fabric with great definition. This process is ideal for customizing and designing fabrics and is carried out by printing at high temperature and pressure directly onto the fabrics surface.
