The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Nairobi weighing 270 gr/m2, with a composition of 82% POLYESTER and 18% ELASTANE. The solid printed color is Koi Blue, which is obtained by mixing Cyan (63), Magenta (32), Yellow (18), and Black (3) inks, with a CMYK color profile of 63 32 18 3. The color symbolizes tranquility, harmony, and balance. Technically, it is a color that offers high contrast and sharpness in designs, making it ideal for highlighting a particular figure or shape. In addition, Koi Blue pairs well with other colors such as white, black, yellow, and red.
The fabric is digitally printed on one side only, meaning the solid printed color is only on one of its sides and it is not a dyed fabric. The Polyester Lycra - Nairobi is an elastic, chlorine-resistant fabric with a Very High UV Protection Factor 50+. Its characteristics make it ideal for lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear, as well as for tights, leggings, and leotards. It can also be used for fashion swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits.
Regarding fabric care, it should not be bleached, should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (Polyester). This technique involves printing the design on transfer paper, which is then placed on the fabric and subjected to heat and pressure. The result is a design that fuses with the fabric fibers, resulting in a high-quality and durable garment.
