The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm and a composition of 82% Polyester and 18% Elastane. The solid printed color is iron gray, composed of 57 units of Cyan ink, 42 of Magenta ink, 45 of Yellow ink, and 28 of Black ink, according to the CMYK value 57 42 45 28. This iron gray color is a neutral tone that conveys elegance and sophistication. It combines perfectly with other shades of gray, as well as with warm colors, such as red and orange, or cool colors, such as blue and green.
It is worth noting that the base fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing. This printing process allows the printed color to adhere to the surface of the fabric without penetrating its structure, resulting in a sharp, bright, and resistant color that withstands wear and washing.
The Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, has a soft and elastic texture, thanks to its polyester and elastane composition. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+, which makes it ideal for sportswear and swimwear, such as swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, and leggings. It is also used in the manufacture of lingerie and fashion garments.
It is important to properly care for this fabric to maintain its quality and durability. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not to use bleach or tumble dry, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid the use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (Polyester), which is based on the transfer of the printed color from special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process guarantees high image resolution, fast production, and great versatility in terms of designs and colors.
