Description

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2, in a plain solid color called Plum Velvet Purple, with a CMYK of 38 94 1 0. This secondary color is characterized by being a shade of purple with dark red undertones that provide a sense of depth and volume to the fabric. It pairs especially well with warm colors such as yellow, orange, or pink, and creates interesting contrasts with green or blue.

This fabric is printed with the plain solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side. The texture is elastic, soft to the touch, and chlorine-resistant, and it also boasts very high UV protection 50+. Polyester Lycra - Nairobi is an ideal fabric for sportswear, swimwear, lingerie, or fashion, as it adapts perfectly to the body and is very comfortable to wear.

Among the applications and uses of this fabric, it stands out for the production of swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, leggings, sports bodysuits, and high-quality underwear. Polyester Lycra - Nairobi allows for the creation of fitted garments that enhance the figure and stay in place during movement.

Regarding the care required for this fabric, it is recommended not to use bleach or similar whiteners, wash at maximum temperatures of 40ºC, iron with cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. This fabric allows for dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. Following these recommendations ensures good preservation and durability of the fabric.

The printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high print quality and exceptional color fidelity. The process involves transferring ink to a textile base using heat and pressure, causing the ink to turn into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers in a single pass. The result is a soft-to-the-touch, durable, and wash-resistant fabric.
