Description

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 in pink and violet printed with CMYK ink 12 39 8 0. The secondary color is a mix of pink and purple tones that result in a vibrant and striking hue. The soft pink evokes innocence and sweetness, while the intense violet conveys sophistication and elegance. This color combines very well with neutral tones such as white, gray, and black, as well as with other analogous tones such as blue and purple.

The base fabric is elastic, chlorine resistant, and has a very high UV protection 50+. In addition, its texture and feel are soft and pleasant to the touch, making it ideal for lingerie, swimwear, and sportswear. It can also be used in the manufacture of leotards, tights, and leggings. As for the printed color, thanks to digital textile printing technology, a homogeneous and brilliant shade is obtained on one side of the fabric.

It is important to consider the care of this base fabric. It should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature is 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it should not be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this base fabric is polyester sublimation. This technique consists of printing the image on transfer paper using special inks, and then placing it on top of the fabric to subject it to high temperature and pressure. In this way, the inks sublimate and turn into gas, penetrating the surface of the fabric. The final result is a sharp and durable image that does not wear out with use or washing.
