The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra called Nairobi, with a weight of 270 gr/m2, composed of 82% POLYESTER and 18% ELASTANE, with a width of 150 cm. The fabric is resistant and elastic, which gives it a soft and pleasant texture to the touch. The solid color printed is Brown/Sepia, with a CMYK of 35 72 65 47, which makes it a warm and elegant tone. It combines especially well with pastel, gold, and beige tones.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color only on one side by digital textile printing. This means that the color is only present on one side of the fabric and does not mean that it is a dyed fabric.
Nairobi Polyester Lycra has notable general characteristics, such as its chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+, which makes it especially recommended for use in lingerie, sportswear, swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, and leggings. Thanks to its elasticity, it adapts very well to any body type, also providing an exceptional level of comfort.
It is important to consider the care that the base fabric needs, which includes not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not using trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, ironing at a cold temperature, and not using a dryer.
The printing technology used to manufacture Nairobi Polyester Lycra is SUBLIMATION (POLYESTER). This printing process is carried out through the sublimation of inks at high temperature, which allows the colors to be fixed more durably and with great definition and quality in the design printed on the fabric.
