Description

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra called Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2 with a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a Mustard Yellow with a Cyan ink of 6, a Magenta ink of 11, a Yellow ink of 70, and a Black ink of 0, resulting in a CMYK of 6 11 70 0. This color conveys joy and energy and pairs particularly well with brown and dark blue tones.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, allowing for vibrant and high-quality colors. The base fabric is characterized by an elastic, chlorine-resistant texture, with a finish that makes it highly durable and long-lasting. The UV protection is very high, with a protection factor of 50+. The printed color adheres perfectly to the fabric and maintains its intensity for a long time, without fading or wearing out.

Nairobi Lycra is ideal for creating custom lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, bikinis, tights, leggings, and leotards. The base fabric is very versatile and designed to be used at any time of the year. Furthermore, its polyester and elastane composition allows it to perfectly fit the body, providing comfort and allowing good mobility.

To keep the fabric in perfect condition, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at a low temperature, and avoid using bleach or a tumble dryer. Dry cleaning is possible, but caution should be exercised with the products used, and trichloroethylene should be avoided.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process is based on transferring ink to the fabric using heat and pressure, which allows for high-quality and durable colors. Sublimation technology is widely used in printing sportswear and swimwear fabrics due to its resistance, color intensity, and durability.
