This base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 with a composition of 82% POLYESTER and 18% ELASTANE with a width of 150 cm. The printed solid color is Goose Grey with a CMYK of 15 13 14 0. This secondary color is a cool grey with a sophisticated connotation that can be combined with neutral colors like white or black to achieve an elegant contrast. It is a color that provides seriousness and formality, ideal for work or business environments.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which allows the desired shade to be reproduced with precision. The characteristics of the base fabric are its soft texture and its ability to stretch and recover its shape, which makes it very elastic. In addition, it has finishes such as chlorine resistance and a very high UV protection factor.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric we find lingerie, sportswear, both for bikinis and for tights or leggings, and fashion, especially in swimwear. Thanks to its elastic properties, this fabric adapts to different body types and movements, which makes it very versatile.
It is important to consider the care of this fabric to prolong its useful life. It is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C, and, if necessary, dry clean avoiding the use of trichloroethylene. Additionally, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and should not be tumble dried.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured with sublimation printing technology, which consists of transferring the design printed on paper through heat and pressure onto the fabric. This process guarantees color fidelity and greater durability in the printed design.
