Description

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi 270 gr/m2, with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is Hosta blue, with a CMYK of 66 15 20 1. This color is described as fresh, relaxing, and calming, suggesting stability and confidence. It combines particularly well with pastel shades, whites, and grays. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing.

The fabric is elastic, chlorine-resistant, and has very high UV protection 50+, making it ideal for water sports and swimwear in general. Additionally, its soft and pleasant texture makes it an excellent choice for manufacturing lingerie and underwear.

The wide variety of applications for the fabric includes sportswear such as tights, leggings, and leotards, as well as all types of swimwear: from classic swimsuits to vibrant bikinis. It is also used in beachwear due to its chlorine resistance, an important requirement for garments that are in direct contact with seawater or pool water.

It is important to note the care instructions for the fabric, which include machine washing at temperatures not exceeding 40 °C without using bleach, avoiding tumble drying, and ironing at low temperatures. Additionally, it is recommended not to use trichloroethylene in the dry cleaning process.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows for the reproduction of high-quality and durable images on synthetic materials using special pigment-based inks that vaporize and adhere to the fabric fibers. In this case, it is a high-resolution digital textile print that guarantees maximum precision and definition in color reproduction on one side of the fabric.
