Polyester Lycra - Nairobi 270 gr/m2

The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2, with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. The plain color printed on the fabric is Blue/Sky Blue, with a CMYK of 65 45 5 0, which gives it a vibrant and fresh tone. The secondary color resulting from the mix of cyan and magenta gives the fabric a turquoise hue, which perfectly combines with other colors such as white and black.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for greater detail and resolution of the designs. The fabrics texture is elastic and chlorine-resistant, and it has a UV Protection Factor that guarantees very high sun protection (50+).

Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 is used in various applications, such as lingerie, swimwear, sportswear, fashion, among others. Applications are usually for making body-hugging garments, such as bodysuits, leotards, leggings, bikinis, and swimsuits. Its elasticity allows for a perfect fit to the body, making it ideal for sportswear, while its soft, chlorine-resistant texture makes it perfect for swimwear.

It is important to note that the fabric should be washed at temperatures not exceeding 40ºC, without bleach, and should not be tumble dried. Dry cleaning is permitted, except with trichloroethylene.

The printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of transferring the image printed on paper to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. This allows for greater detail and resolution of the designs, as well as printing multiple colors on a single-color base fabric.
