The base fabric for this material is a Polyester Lycra called Nairobi, with a weight of 270 gr/m2, composed of 82% POLYESTER and 18% ELASTANE, and a width of 150 cm. The printed color is blueberry blue, which consists of 100% Cyan ink, 75% Magenta ink, 7% Yellow ink, and 0% Black ink, with a CMYK code of 100 75 7 0.
This intense blueberry blue color is characterized by conveying a sense of depth and warmth, evoking serenity and confidence. It combines well with cooler colors, such as grays and greens, and with lighter tones, such as white and yellow.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
This fabric features an elastic and chlorine-resistant texture, with a very high UV Protection Factor (UPF) of 50+, making it ideal for applications in lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, leotards, and leggings. It is a timeless and versatile fabric that adapts to any season.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, certain care instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching, not tumble drying, ironing at a cool temperature, and not using trichloroethylene for dry cleaning.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is Polyester Sublimation, which employs a thermal process that sublimates the ink to permanently impregnate the fabric fibers, without affecting its texture or altering its properties. This printing method produces high-resolution designs and guarantees optimal durability and quality.
