Description

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2, composed of 82% POLYESTER and 18% ELASTANE, with a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a Windows blue, presenting a CMYK content of 83% Cyan ink, 54% Magenta ink, 5% Yellow ink, and 0% Black ink. This secondary color is a mix between cyan and magenta, reflecting a fresh and intense tone, particularly combining very well with white and black. It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing.

Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric is elastic with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and has a chlorine-resistant and UV protection finish, with a very high protection of 50+. As for the solid printed color, it presents a uniform and smooth texture, which can be appreciated tactilely.

In relation to the applications and uses of the base fabric, its use in sportswear is highlighted, such as in swimsuits, bikinis, leggings, among others. It is also used in lingerie garments, such as bodysuits. Being an elastic and resistant fabric, it adapts to different types of designs in sportswear and lingerie.

For the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not tumble dry, and iron at a low temperature. Dry cleaning can be performed, except with trichloroethylene.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which consists of transferring ink to special paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring optimal color saturation in the fabric and long durability.
