Description

The base fabric, Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2, comes in an attractive plain Lapis Lazuli Blue color obtained by using four-color ink (Cyan 100, Magenta 86, Yellow 32, and Black 15) with a CMYK mixture in a 100 86 32 15 proportion. This color is associated with serenity and tranquility, making it ideal for fashion and sportswear for all ages. Furthermore, its tone suggests sophistication and calmness, perfectly combining with color ranges in brown, grey, and other blue tones.

The plain color is applied only on one side using digital textile printing. This is not the same as a dyed fabric, as the color covers the entire fabric and not just its fibers. This process allows for exceptionally complete documentation that is resistant to wear and washing.

The Polyester Lycra - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 is an elastic, soft-touch, high-quality, and resistant fabric. The fabric has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UPF - UV Protection Factor of 50+, making it ideal for swimwear and sportswear. Additionally, its elasticity makes it ideal for manufacturing underwear and tights/leggings.

The applications and uses of this fabric are diverse. In addition to the aforementioned lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, and tights/leggings, sportswear and fashion garments can be manufactured. Its printing technology allows for printing personalized and unique designs, making it ideal for small series and exclusivities.

To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is essential to consider the manufacturers recommended care instructions. These include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning allowed except with trichloroethylene, cold ironing, and not tumble drying.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), in which an image printed on paper is transferred to the surface of the fabric by generating heat and pressure. This produces excellent image quality and tonality, as well as high durability and resistance to water and light.
