The base fabric is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, 270 gr/m2, in a plain color printed in Purple Sage Bush with a CMYK of 57 46 5 0. This shade evokes nature, relaxation, and tranquility, transmitting a feeling of inner peace and, in turn, positive energy. It combines very well with other tones of the same chromatic range, such as green, pink, or blue. The fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side, giving it a smooth and uniform appearance.
The base fabric is a Lycra characterized by its soft texture, high elasticity, and a weight of 270 gr/m2, which makes it perfect for body-hugging and sportswear garments. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it ideal for swimwear and sportswear that will be exposed to the sun. On the other hand, the printed color is characterized by its intensity and durability, since being a digital textile print, the color is deeply and permanently printed.
The fabric is intended for a wide variety of applications, such as lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, bikinis, leotards, tights, or leggings. Thanks to its great elasticity and resistance, it is a perfect fabric for sports garments that require a high degree of mobility. Similarly, its chlorine-resistant finish and UV protection make it ideal for swimwear that will be exposed to external agents such as the sun, chlorinated water, and personal care products.
Regarding the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, do not use bleach, iron at a cold temperature, and do not tumble dry. In addition, it should be noted that the fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation, which means that it is printed directly on a surface previously coated with a layer of special ink. The ink evaporates and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, which ensures high-definition printing and great durability.
