Description

The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Recycled, weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a width of 150 cm and a grammage of 190 gr/m2. The plain printed color is platinum gray, represented by a CMYK of 15 7 12 0. This platinum shade combines with neutral tones such as white and black, as well as with vibrant and warm tones such as red and orange.

The base fabric is soft and elastic to the touch, as well as chlorine-resistant and with very high UV protection. As for the plain printed color, it is resistant to washing and sun exposure. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are hair ties, scrunchies, bikinis, and sports and fashion swimsuits. Thanks to its elasticity and resistance, it is an ideal fabric for sportswear that requires a high level of resistance and durability.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the garment, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean it, iron it at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying. These care instructions will help maintain the quality and durability of the fabric.

The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows printing vibrant and durable designs and colors on the fabric. In sublimation, the ink turns into gas when heated, penetrating the fabric and permanently fixing to it. This ensures that the printed designs do not fade or peel off with use and over time.
