The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Recycled, weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. The solid printed color is Night Black, with a Cyan ink of 100, Magenta of 99, Yellow of 43, and Black of 54 in the CMYK color model. It is an intense and deep color that combines perfectly with light colors such as white or beige, as well as with metallic and bright tones such as gold or silver. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing.
The base fabric features soft and elastic characteristics, with a resistant chlorine finish and high UV protection of 50+. In addition, as it is a sustainable and recycled fabric, its use is environmentally friendly. The printed color is also resistant and durable, with exceptional saturation and brightness.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are hair ties and scrunchies, as well as sports or fashion bikinis and swimsuits. It is also suitable for other uses such as one-piece garments, leggings, or tight pants. The versatility of the fabric is due to its elasticity and water resistance, making it an ideal choice for swimwear and sportswear.
It is important to consider the proper care of this fabric to ensure its durability and quality over time. It is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not to iron at high temperatures, and to avoid direct exposure to the sun. The garment does not allow dry cleaning or tumble drying.
Sublimation technology is used for printing this fabric, where a heat transfer ink process is used to create a pattern or design on the fabric. This method guarantees high print quality and durable ink fixation on the fabric.
