The base fabric is Recycled Lycra, weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. The printed solid color is a combination of off-white and bleached almond, with a CMYK of 5, 12, 24, and 0. The secondary color is a soft, warm tone that conveys a sense of naturalness and tranquility, and pairs ideally with other natural and neutral tones such as moss green, beige, and tan.
This fabric is digitally printed on one side, meaning it is not dyed but printed on one side. Its general characteristics include a soft and elastic texture, chlorine resistance, and a very high UV protection factor of 50+. Additionally, the fabric is recycled and GRS certified, which means that a sustainable process has been followed in its production.
Applications and uses for the base fabric include scrunchies, bikinis, and sports and fashion swimsuits. Thanks to its soft and elastic texture, it is ideal for garments that require great mobility and comfort. Furthermore, its chlorine resistance makes it an excellent option for swimwear.
It is important to note the specific care instructions for this fabric, which include washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not bleaching, ironing at a low temperature, and not tumble drying.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves the direct transfer of ink onto the fabric using heat and pressure, allowing for vibrant colors that are resistant to wear and washing.
