The base fabric is Recycled Lycra, weighing 190 gr/m2, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a width of 150 cm and a grammage of 190 gr/m2. The printed plain color is a mix of raw and cream with a CMYK content of 8 4 34 0. This secondary color resembles a skin tone, with a soft and elegant hue. It combines well with earthy tones, beige, and brown.
This fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the image is transferred directly to the fabric without the need for additional dyes. Recycled Lycra is known for its soft and elastic texture, chlorine resistance, and very high UV protection 50+. The printed color is soft and durable, resistant to fading and sunlight.
Recycled Lycra is ideal for use in making swimsuits, bikinis, scrunchies, and hair ties, as it offers a perfect and comfortable fit. It is also a popular choice for manufacturing sportswear and fashion apparel.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees and iron it at a low temperature to avoid damaging the fabric. It cannot be bleached, dry cleaned, or tumble dried.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process involves printing the image on special paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This method is durable and offers sharp, detailed image quality.
