The base fabric for this material is Recycled Lycra, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is a combination of brown and army green, with a CMYK of 56 45 64 40. This secondary color, which pairs very well with other earth tones, conveys security, stability, and nature. Additionally, the fabric is digitally printed on one side.
Recycled Lycra offers characteristics such as softness, elasticity, and chlorine resistance, as well as very high UV protection 50+. Its printed color, on the other hand, is distinguished by its intensity and durability. For applications and uses, apart from those already mentioned, this fabric is perfect for making bikinis and sports swimwear, and fashion swimwear that requires elasticity and durability.
It is important to note that this fabric does not allow bleaching or dry cleaning. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which special inks are vaporized and permanently bonded with the fabric fibers, allowing for a print with great quality and detail.
